In so many areas of business, repeat customers are usual. It’s a bit different in the bridal industry; rather than seeing the same customer again, we are honored when sisters of our previous customers come to us! So is the case with Molly. Her sister was a customer of September’s Bride, the bridal boutique I used to own (now Spring Sweet, still in downtown Holland).
Molly and Ryan were married at Central Park Church in Holland with their reception at Studio D2D in Grand Rapids. Molly’s gown was from Spring Sweet and this is what she says about her shopping experience and finding her gown…
Something special about your gown or your gown shopping experience: Spring Sweet was the first and only place I went shopping! I had such a great experience there! They did such an amazing job making me and my family comfortable while we were there. With a smaller store, I really felt like I was their number one priority and that allowed me to find the dress that I felt was meant to be mine!
Great Lakes WGS was honored to provide alterations for Molly’s gown before her wedding as well as carefully clean and preserve her gown after she wore it.
Working with GLWGS was so great! It was so easy communicating with Tami! The appointments were short and sweet, but I left feeling confident my gown was in good hands and that it would fit me perfectly (and it did!). It was even more special to work with them as my sister worked with Tami when she got married, and we both wore Robert Bullock gowns!
Thank you, Molly for being a lovely “return” customer! Our team wishes you and Ryan a long and happy life together!
